In order to pair mentees with the right mentors, we would like to understand your experiences, knowledge, skills, and preferences.  The purpose of this questionnaire is to obtain details about the experiences and expertise of our potential mentees and understand their relationship preferences. Your responses will be used to match you with an appropriate mentor through relevant interests and experiences, if possible.
